SHIPMENT PROCESSING TIME

All individual orders are currently processed within 10 business days and dispatched via courier.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders and there is a delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.


SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY ESTIMATES

Shipping cost for individual orders within India is a flat fee of INR 50 and is displayed at checkout.
We currently do not ship outside India.

SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).
The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

 

BULK ORDERS

For bulk orders you will be contacted directly about processing time and other shipping details. To place bulk orders please write to udit@corugami.com
with your requirements.

 

REPLACEMENTS
While we try our best to have our products delivered to you in the mint condition, we understand that there may be situations beyond our control. If a Corugami product has reached you in a damaged condition, please take a picture of it as on delivery and send it to us within 15 days of receiving the product. We will assess the damage and send you a replacement.

Corugami is not liable for any products damaged or lost by natural disasters or customer negligence. To be eligible for a replacement, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We require a receipt or proof of purchase for
replacement.

Only regular priced items may be replaced, unfortunately sale items cannot be replaced.
